Blog Post of the Day:
What do you know about photography and/or photo editing? Do you take photos? How do you take photos? Do you edit photos before posting them on social media? How do you edit them? Explain any background or knowledge you have about photography and photo editing. Do you like it? Do you have any interest?

I really do like pictures and taking them. You  can make so many different assumptions from photo, it's crazy. Personally, I do take photo of myself but they don't always turn out that well.  I'd rather be behind the camera than in front of it. Next semester, I am taking Photography 1. When posting pictures on social media, I rarely edit pictures. the only "filter" I may use is black and white. Natural is whats best for me but, a filter is better for others.

Blog Post of the Day:
Tell me about your weekend. Share pics!

This weekend, I need nothing as usual. The only thing I really did was go to the pink out game on Friday. It honestly wasn't that fun. The first football game was fun but the rest of them has been a drag after that. When I got home that night, I laid in bed, relaxed, and watched Netflix on my Kindle. That's the only I use it is to watch tv. I prefer an iPad but I'm with what I have.  Anyway's, all day and some of the night, I was watching a show called the Fosters. I finished both seasons in three days. Season 1 had 21 episodes and season 2 only had 10. The run time is 43 minutes. I know this blog post is kind of boring but I needed something to write about.

Blog Post of the Day:
Below is a letter written to the editor who wrote the article 'Enforcement of dress code creates negative effect' that your blogged about last week. Most of you wrote on your blog that you agreed with the writer. What are your thoughts after reading the letter below and seeing a different perspective. Are they the same? Are the different? Do you agree? Disagree? Explain yourself.
You do make some very good points. She was really only thinking about students perspective but not  school's staff point of view. When I first wrote on this topic, I did agree with a lot of the things she said but, I also tried to put the perspective of others in the post and what I have seen personally. Writing the article was good but everyone knows administration is not going to change the dress code any time soon. Personally, I feel staff and students should come up with a common ground that fits both of our wants for dress code.

Blog post of the day:
The following article was in the September issue of The Tiger Print. Read the article (even if you already have) and respond to it below. What do you think? Do you agree? Disagree? Consider all perspectives of the article while you respond.

I understand what she is saying. I don't really like the thumb-rule but honestly nobody follows that rule anyway. I only agree with some of the things she said. I already see girls who wear overly large shirts with very small shorts so it looks like they're not wearing any pants. Also, on multiple associations, I have seen other people with half of their butt checks hanging out.  Most people's shorts aren't that little but I do feel some type of rule should be in place. For the spaghetti straps, I don't think that is a very big issue. I don't understand how having my shoulder out could have a boy attracted to me. Some of the rules are far but some of them aren't. Maybe administration should trust the girls more to have self respect for themselves.

Blog post of the day:
Tell me about your weekend! If you don't have anything fun to share, tell me about the city you live in. What do you love about Kansas City? Do you have a favorite place in the city? Favorite team? :) Favorite event? Explain.

This weekend I went St. Louis. My godmother's nephew got married so it was pretty fun. I missed them; their like my second family. I also got to spend son quality time with my parents. I love that in Kansas City, I live right by stores and shops and it takes 5 minutes just to get to school. Of course my favorite place is the mall. That's all I really do in my free time. I kind of  watch sports but, my favorite  baseball team is the Tigers, not the Royals. The Tigers are my favorite because I lived in Detroit my whole life and I use to go to a lot of their games.
